Incident Investigation

Our nationally and internationally-trained investigators have 25+ years of experience in both the private and public sphere. Using contemporary, systematic approaches (TapRoot, Incident Causal Analysis Method) we facilitate investigations relating to workplace events and provide developmental training to up-skill HSE professionals, safety representatives and persons conducting a business undertaking (PCBU).

SHEQ Australia provides subject matter experts to perform investigations on your behalf.

  • ‘Unwanted events’ result from system weaknesses, or failings;
  • Incident investigation determines the ‘unwanted event(s)’ occurred due to more than one defence, or control being breached- that is, incidents occur when multiple elements align and fail; and

Injury Management and Rehabilitation

Co-ordinated by our Injury and Rehabilitation Manager (BAppSc –Occupational Therapy), SHEQ Australia are available to assist in preventative and after-care intervention.

With fifteen years field experience in occupational injury management (nationally and internationally) we provide support and services within the following areas:
